The videos include Broadway’s “Sound of Music”, Disney’s hit “Frozen” and “The Pirates of the Carribean”. To end the 2nd part , the band performed and sang along “Bee Bop” under the baton of Dr. Suarez where four male soloists entertained the crowd by playing cross-dressed.
The last part showcased the singing prowess of BulSUans. Melbelline Caluag, a former Talentadong Pinoy contestant, sang folk songs namely “Iba ang huni” and “Maliksi”. Also Search for BulSU Promising Superstar Winners Mirasol Soliman, Ana Lou Bayani and Josue Arizapa gave a sample of their powerful vocals with their rendition of “May Bukas Pa”, “Ikaw lang ang Mamahalin” and “Kailangan Kita” respectively. Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture suited the most awaited final piece of the concert. The breath taking classical music gripped the audience with the projected video of the Nazi’s holocaust.
With the success of another concert, Dr. Suarez was very thankful to everyone who watched and supported their event.
“Unang-una nagpapasalamat kami kay Lord na naisakatuparan ang ganitong klaseng konsiyerto sa pakikipagtulungan ng lahat ng grupo sa Cultural Affairs and Performing Arts,” he ended.
